Abnormal growths on p***s "hyperkaratosis"?

im not sure if that what it is called but im getting some white growths on my p***s on the glands and i can peel them off but they keep growing back.

Don't know if this will help, but from www.wikipedia.org:

"Hyperkeratosis results when an excess of proteins called keratins are produced. In humans, the term typically refers to a thickening of the skin."
