About 360 again?

so there is no program that track the 360 viewer? for kee please answer again

Not as far as names. You can TRY tracking people in terms of IP addresses and other general data (likely aggregate - for location and browser used, etc.). Click on my avatar and visit my 360's blog roll. The bottom section of it lists some possible tracking services that you MAY be able to use. I have not tested them.

WARNING: This is an error-prone option. Yahoo! 360 does not accept Java or Javascript either.
