About 3DS max VGA settings?

Hi, i have just got 3ds max 6 installed in my computer. But it says that my 3d acceleration settings are not correctly given, and the 4 windows are not displayed due to that. can anyone tell me how to give the correct settings?

First, try to install the the newest graphics drivers available for your graphics card.

If this doesn't help, try switching between the display modes of 3DS Max (DirectX, OpenGL).
