  1. are old tires wearing does car pull if you have 30,000 miles on it not  bad idea to at least check it most places dont charge to check just if they make changes

  2. you don,t need alignment just because you put new tires on it, unless it was out of alignment before you got the tires.

  3. Wheel alignment should be checked once a year or every 10,000 miles.  The allowable range of adjustment for toe on Civic is just 0.2 of a degree. Your alignment could be way out of whack and you'd never know it when dealing with a range that tiny. The fact that you needed new tires after only 30k miles is a good indicator something ain't right.

  4. not necessarily you need to look at how your tires are wearing if they are uneven or dipped out  then yes but if they were even wear then no they are just trying to get more money out of you

  5. If your old tires were wearing evenly, then I'd say that you don't need an alignment.

  6. just make sure the old tires wore evenly.

  7. if you put new tires they should have ask you if you wanted to check alingment and yes you should have it done, or do you want to buy new tires again.

  8. it shouldn't unless the tires are worn bad on one side of the tire

  9. You should only need an alignment if your car was out of alignment before hand or if you had suspension work done. Changing tires is not a situation where you need to have an alignment done.
