Whats the biggest intrest rate you can find on a bank account? For instance I have an ING orange savings account and it pays 3% annually whats the biggest annual intrest out there?

It depends how much money you have available but there are a few number of accounts with higher interest rates if you search on http://www.bankaround.com.  For example, WAMU has a 3.75% savings account.
