About Best buy, JCpenney, and Target in America.?

Question

How many stores are these retails have in America?

Is JCpenney the biggest department store in America?

I am a Chinese wholesaler. I am planing to sell my products(PC keyboards) to Best buy, jcpenney, or Target .

Before doing that, I have to compare them.

Please give me a hand to understand them more.

I would like lisen to your opinion and analysis.

If you are looking for a good place to sell your goods, Target and Best Buy have more of the computer products than JC Penney. Wal Mart is the largest retailer in America though. Target and Best Buy are all over though and many people shop there.

If my choice is between those 3, I will probably sell to Target.  JC Penney is a department store.  Personally, I wouldn't go to JC Penny to get a computer keyboard.  

Although Best Buy is more specialized store (they sell only electronics & computer stuffs), I think the company's performance is not as strong as Target.  

Target's performance has been improving over the years.  Their marketing is strong, their advertisement is right on, just overall a better company than Best Buy.

In personal note, Target is also my favorite store :)
