I'm usually paired against full grown men and I'm 15 in my MMA class, during Brazilian JiujitsuDo you think its better of my to lose my temper - my body produces ALOT of adrenaline and i can barely be held, and I keep some degree of rational thoughtor stay calm and think out move by move with more rational thought and be held easily? I've actually countered a few moves using this.
