About Car insurers?

What is the procedure of making a claim in your insurance from someone else you have hit.Is there any forms to fill up, or how do I know that sometimes even if you have hit someone a little bit (no serious damage) it can just be a coincidence that the insurance company say (following you call) which actually you havent made it, this is the claim reference nr etc.

If both cars are moving one reversing and the other one moving forward whose fault is it if they hit each-other?

Totally confusing..

  1. Your question is a little confusing, but I will answer best I can.

I don't know who is at fault. You need to give more details other than one was going forward and one was backward and you hit. Please be more specific.

Furthermore, Call your insurance company ASAP and report the accident to them. They will inspect the vehicles, take statements and determine the liability.

  2. It is very difficult to understand your question.   Just notify your insurance company and let them handle everything

  3. How long have you been driving? six weeks maybe. It sounds as if you were reversing and you collided with a car behind who was travelling forward in the correct lane and direction, hence you are at fault.
