About DAY and Night contacts.?

I have these Night and Day..or Day and night? contacts? which i can sleep with them.

SOmetimes i soak them every night..but sometimes when i'm lazy i go 3~5days without soaking them. And i know this does increase the risk of eye infection but my eye dr. himself only soaks it every weak and keeps them on night and day. soo...

well anyway, if you wear contact lenses the protein builds up right? So if i had mine for 5days without soak/disinfecting, do i need to soak them any longer than 6hours?

The reason i'm asking is becuz i just thought that, longer u wear it more protein builds up and therefore longer you need to soak your lenses to disinfect and clean up debris/protein.

No. it just takes the 6 hours. You should let your eyes rest a day out of the week though, and that is healthier. If you are concerned about protein add Supra Cleanse to your disinfecting solution, it will dissolve the protein. Ask your Doctor!
