i don't know but you need to feed it lots of dry poffins that are level 15 or higher to max out it's beauty to make it evolve I would make poffins with a friend because the more friends the better the poffine and the more poffins you'll get.. example if you have 3 other friends and you each put in a berry specifically to make a dry poffin and you don't make it overflow or burn.. you'll get a high level poffin and you'll get 4 of them so say the poffin was level 40 and it was dry.. you'd get 4 level 40 dry poffins

What You Need To Do Is Have The Poffins Raise The Feebas' Beauty And When It Reaches Maximum Beauty And You Raise It A Level, It Will Evolve.

oh i dubnnho just get loadsa berries get it till it says it cant eat anymore. then level up should evolve if not then its a dud. some just cant evolve so u have to start the whole thing again. i know, it sucks
