About International Computer Exams?

Hello

I am a 18 year old Indian Engineering student

I have learnt various web programming languages like HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Javascript , CSS

And also languges like C++ and CoreJava

But all of them through the internet so there is no certificate of a legal document to prove that i know all these perfectly

So can anyone tell me if there is an international degree for which i can apply and give examinations just to prove that i know all these languages very well on paper ?

And how do i apply ?

Please tell me , I really need to get this done
