  1. Hi Shekinah,There are so many good correspondence schools around the world. Some are based in Europe and there are some in the United States too but it depends on you. What I mean is,they accept students from all over  the world. So you being in the Philippines is no problem at all.

Again, what is your career interest? You need to know so that you will be able to choose the courses that interest you most.

Example, I am taking a course in Journalism by correspondence from the U.K. So just know what you want to do and you will get accredited correspondence schools to enroll into. Thanks but you can also contact me if you want some specifics.

  2. Firstly you need to find a suitable school. To do that you need to decide what it is you want to study and then simply use the web to search for those schools which offer the courses you're interested in.

I honestly don't think it matters that you are Filipino - as long as you're willing and able to pay their fees, I can't imagine any such school knocking you back solely on the grounds of your nationality or location. They will probably expect you to pay for postage and shipping of all the course materials etc to you (on top of their school fees) so you might want to bear that in mind when you look at where in the world the school you sign up with is located!

I think the closest correspondence school to you in the phillipines would be ACS (Australian Correspondence School) ( http://www.acs.edu.au ) but such schools are also widespread throughout Europe and North America.

(ACS currently has over 400 courses available; you can get a copy of their school handbook for free if you go to:  http://www.acs.edu.au/advice/makehandboo...  )

As to 'how to enrol' etc that will probably vary depending on the particular school you decide to go with - their website should tell you everything you need to know about how to successfully enrol etc. Websites will *definitely* have phone numbers, email etc that you can contact the school direct to ask questions about their specific policies and procedures.
