About Kyle and Carl--anyone else disappointed...?

...that they used their cars to fight and not their fists?

Seriously, that bit of bumper cars at the end was cowardly, and disrespectful to the crews who work hard to put good cars together. Even Jeff Gordon shoved Matt Kenseth a couple years back. Wouldn't a real fight have given the fans something worthwhile to watch? It's not like either one had to worry too much about points penalties.

Also, if Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards did get into a fist fight, which one do you think would win? Carl has muscles, but Kyle has mean.

Kyle is just a little baby. The bump and run has been going on at Bristol for as long as I can remember. The best to do it was the late Dale sr. If he could get away with it, why not Carl. Go cry to mommy Kyle, she is the only person who cares.

A fist fight would have been fun to watch. I'd have to go with Carl. Although Kyle is scrappy, Carl is in awesome shape.

no i wasn't disappointed. and it looked to me like they did settle it with a dance competition - kyle danced up close to carl and stepped on his foot, and carl gave him a spin - it was a thing of beauty...

and to be honest, i'm not of the old school thinking that these things should be handled by fisticuffs, or a whupping out behind the garage. most of those drivers are tiny and could get hurt. just think of the damage carl could have done to kenseth last year if instead of playing "made you flinch" he played "made you bleed." jeff could go and push matt because neither one of them is that big, and jeff left his helmet on.

and bottom line, these guys are not boxers - they are supposed to be the best drivers there are - they do battle with their cars. yeah, i feel bad for the teams who have to fix it up, but they do get paid to do it...

well 1st off Kyle Busch is a *****. it was a very selfish move 2 do that 2 carl after the race and i mean omg like he has won enough ya know what i mean? he was just envy because carl won. he wants 2 win every single race he is in whether its truck,nationwide or even cup. and between the fight i hoped carl would kicked his butt in front of everybody. kyle should feel embarrased and ashamed of himself but... i like where this rivarly is going lol....

After last night I think Kyle is a perfect fit for this section with the name calling and whining. I would have rather seen them settle it like men and not with $100,000 cars(weapons).

lol you must not be too much of a Kyle Busch fan. Kyle knows just as much as anyone else he wouldn't stand a chance against Carl. That said I would still like to see it because I think they can both have tempers at times and it wouldn't hurt for them to have a smack in the mouth. But Carl would take Shrub out pretty quick.

We though it was kind of cool....but Kyle Busch was kind a being a baby because edwards did make the pass ok we think.  It was an exciting race.....so no we're not disapointed.

...It probably would have resulted in a fist fight if NASCAR hadn't called Kyle Busch to the trailer afterwards. He was wanting to get back up there and spin Carl.

As for who would've won? We'll never know. Carl Edwards is tough, and Kyle doesn't know when to quit (and that could be taken in more than one way)

I was there last night. It was a great race !! I'm disappointed with Kyle for starting that c**p at the end, but glad that Carl ended it for him.

As for Kyle being mean, all that would do is get him hurt if he is ever stupid enough to try anything on Carl out of the cars.

carl of course. he'd back flip over kyle and drop kick him in the process. i agree the bumping should be left alone. the teams work hard on those cars and they get damaged enough in good hard racing. the bumping is kid stuff.
