I clicked on help--> Detect and Repair .I have lost all my mails how do i recover all my mails

find out your backup main.

Unless you have performed a backup on your drive, specifically where the mail boxes are held, then you've probably lost them.

If you have performed a backup on your data, then restore your mailboxes from backup.

Alternatively, if you have opted to keep copies of your downloaded emails on your isp email server, then go there and restore your emails.
