About Nose Piercing ?????????

Question

Hi, Can anyone tell me why the needle would go thru at least 9 times, but NOT the tiny stud. I had it done by a nurse but could not get anything thru the needle hole. Should i try the other side, lol. Maybe not worry about it, but i do want it done. Please help. darkangel

first of all dont use the ones with the balls at the end, those hurt like a *****, use the hook ones. and the gage is 14, your needle is prob to small, u can get the ring to go thru after you push really really hard and its gonna hurt alot. honestly try taking a few shots of vodka and you wont feel it as much, or you wont care lol.alsp try putting baby oil around the hole and on the stud push hardd

when you get a body piercing the needle is gaged I believe the normal Gage for a nose piercing in about 16 maybe 18. the needl you got through may be a smaller size than the stud you are trying to push through.

i'd be going to a piercer, if the stud wasn't going through it wasn't your fault, the needle was probably the wrong gage.

I used to have a nose piercing and the hole wasn't very big, you could barely see it. I think that you should go see a professional piercer so that they can pierce it the right way and they also put in the stud too. Your hole might be too small or it can just be closing up a bit.
