About PSP Videos... An unusual question ...?

Look, I have converted my video on the psp, but when I enter in Video, it shows me a strange image with kind of whide vid ( movie etc) and I know that to change that image I've got to put a .jpg in the directory. But I don't know the size. ( I am talking about the preview image )

Try 160x160 and save the JPEG as a .thm file.
