About PayPal: What are my chances?

Question

Opened a cause, Unauthorized transaction with a seller. It turns out while I was on vacation my brother ended up going onto my paypal account and sending this guy money for items, which in the end he thought it was wrong so he disputed and lost. So I filed a unauthorized transaction and it says the seller has to provide additional information.. What are my chances for getting my money refunded and what kind of information will I have to give them if they come asking? Thanks a million.

This is with Paypal.. and here is something I grabbed from the case.

PayPal is investigating your unauthorized activity claim, and the seller has been asked to provide additional information within seven days.

Is this on eBay? Maybe you can return the items. Be more specific.

Don't know if you can get your money back from the seller - but you definitely have cause to have your brother pay you back anything that you're out!
