About Pneumonia question ....?

My gf had high fever last week for 3 days (like 39 and 39,5 celsius). she went to the hospital they told her she has early pneumonia but not so sever to get hospitalized so they gave her antibiotics for one week. (amoxil). the last 2 days she has low fever or no fever at all for example this morning no fever later 37,5 celsius, but she generally feels much better. she has to take the antibiotics until sunday. do you think low fever is normal now that she is under antibiotics?? thanks

i think it is, she sounds like its working for her finish the meds. its only been a few days it will be better.

It's a good sign now that she has no more fever.  The antibiotic is doing it's job.  Make sure she takes the antibiotics till sunday as prescribed even when she is already feeling better.  In doing so your making sure the antibiotics kills the bacteria causing the infection than just weakening it by stopping half way the coarse of the antibotics.
