About Regular Pap Smears?

About a year ago I went to planned parenthood and got tested for stds and did a papsmear. It came back normal but she said the bumps I had on the outside were genital warts. She came me aldara but looking over pictures I decided to get a second opionion. My new dr retested and said i was all clear and that she didn't see the bumps the other dr was talking about. Well I just got another pap smear and its normal also But I seen one bump inside a few weeks after. Should I go in and see what this bump is inside my v****a is? I can see it and its a soft bump. Should I be worried?

  1. sounds like u are positive for genital warts....if u took that topical medicine, then the warts probably went away but u still have HPV(genital warts disease)...most docs dont do an actual HPV test, just a routine pap smear, which doesnt show whether or not u have HPV but if u have cervical cancer-which is a result of HPV most times...usually, the disease leaves the body, but sometimes the body still retains the disease...i would suggest getting another opinion & insist on the HPV test, not a pap smear...
