  1. running builds leg muscles

  2. do weight lifters have thin arms?

  3. They are on the juice!!

Seriously though, sprinters you are probably talking about?? Sprinting anaerobic exercise so having more muscle mass in the best thing to have.

Distance running is all about your aerobic threshold so they will probably have thinner legs.

Either way though it is all muscle and to be honest, if you are worried about getting fat legs suddenly I wouldn't. Unless you are lifting a lot and really putting on the miles you will end up on the thin side from running.

  4. Running power is derived from your hamstrings and your butt-area. They may seem 'thick' but I'm sure it's all muscle.

  5. They have thick thighs because they have lots of muscle in their thighs. I think I am right or you could just look on the Internet and find out your self. They made that muscle because they run  a lot.

  6. it depends because if you look at the olympic runners the ones that run shorter distance's have thicker legs but people that run long distance's tend to have thinner legs because more muscle would slow them down.
