About Uploading A Video In My Website?

I would like to know details about uploading a video in my website. It maybe a half an hour run in my website. I want to record my voice speech in that video and upload it for internet users view. What will be the monthly payment I would want to make for that and I would like to know if there is any free uploading option in any leading search engine like google , yahoo etc.
