?? About XM inno 2 Portable Radio Receiver........?

Question

this is the "walkman type" receiver thats also an MP3 player. Does this get good reception inside the house? Does the "remote home dock" that it comes with allow you to listen to it as a regular radio when it hooked up? Any testimonials would be appreciated.

Depends on where you live and surrounding area, Some people get good reception in the house others dont. Mostly closer to the window you are, better the reception. Regular local stations will not be able to play through the unit when it is hooked up to a tuner, It hooks in thru a y cable (red and white), although XM does have some regional stations like Mix and Kiss. The best reception usually is in a dock when inside. The little antenna on the top of the unit shouldnt be hidden, they do make antenna headphones that might help reception in the home.
