About Xbox 360 Live Accounts?

Question

Ok so if i were to create a Live account over my profile i use when playing games will i be able to play them games even after my membership has ran-out and i cnt play online?

You'd have to renew the membership to play online, but as far as the games go, they're yours and you can play them anytime.  But like I said, you couldn't play against people online.
