???? About a Vita-mix Blender?

I just got a Vita-mix blender and would like to get some REALLY great recipes for putting on " good" weight naturally.What kind of herb's...seed's...powdered soy's...etc.. that can be added along with fruit's and veggies...maybe some berries that will naturally enhance my health and weight gain.

    peanut butter or Almond butter and/or any protein powder (whey or soy or hemp etc..) to your favorite smoothies.....

    You can make peanut (or almond ) butter in your vita mix if you have peanuts (or any other nuts...)

    bananas - chocolate - frozen or fresh blueberries  and any milk (soy-dairy or almond) and peanut butter.....ice and a protein powder if you want.

    another good calorie / fat source -coconutt andcoconutt milk - pina coladas...pineapplee and coconut milk.

    another good fat source -avocadoo - mix eagle brand condensed milk withavocadoo and ice and milk .....it soundsweirdd but it's good and it;s actually popular in vietnam.....

    Watch out on storeboughtt peanut butter - allot of them have hydrogenated oils and unneeded sugars - bad calories.
