About a ZUNE prepaid card....

Question

I bought a $25 ZUNE microsoft points card and tried to put the Pre-paid CODE in and it's rejecting the code. Has this happened to a lot of people? And is there a number to call for support? How else can I load this into my account? Any type of information that you have about loading a card please let me know... like i said we've loaded it and it's rejecting the card, we've NEVER used it before either.... Hmmm...

Try typing in the number 2 instead of Z *and vice versa* or 8 instead of B *vice versa* etc. etc.

I know sometimes - with iTunes gift cards - the letters look like numbers and the numbers look like letters.
