About a collection agency?

i want to open a collection agency in the future and want to know if i have to do something to make me a company or if i have clients, can i just start going right there on the spot or what? please help

So, you have no experiance and no idea.  Sounds like a recipie for a big waste of time and money.

I would ask at a local collection agency as to how they got started etc.  Act as though you're doing a book report and interviewing someone.  That should help you get your questions thought out ahead of time.  Good luck to you!
