About a custody battle?

I am suppose to be going to a custody battle on the 16th. I was wondering what could i expect and who has the best probability of getting the child?

It depends on what kind of custody the other is fighting for and the situation you are in. Give some more info. Who is taking who for custody, what kind of custody(joint, sole), who has the child lived with(been taken care of by), have you ever been married.

You didn't give much to go on here or what state or anything. Whoever is stable and can support the child is normally who the child goes to and the other person gets strapped with support. It does vary from state to state and depends on your situation. Good luck.
