My Aunt had a dream that she had went to this room where everyone we knew who had already died and she saw my Grandma who recently passed away, and other family and friends. She said she woke up crying and she couldn't understand one thing, and she said that she looked through the room again and then she saw me holding a little girl about 5 or 6 months old with wild hair, and well I am not dead, obviously, and my mom knows that my husband and I are trying for another girl. The doctors did tell me that I really shouldn't have another child after the birth of our son. Well, I was wondering what that means. I was the only one in the room who had not already died.

  1. Your aunt may have been ruminating about the possibility that your second child or you could die if you decide to attempt to become pregnant again.

But, to me, that possibility always exists.  Complications can always arise during pregnancy and childbirth.

Don't let your aunt's dream affect your decision about having another child.  Just think about the risk and determine if you and your husband are willing to take that risk.

  2. I wouldn't take too much of anything from a crazy dream your aunt had. I think Freudian things like that are absolutely ridiculous.

You need to sleep so your brain can rest and sort through everything that you've though/seen in the day. It doesn't mean anything. Dreams just occur during the sort.
