They say it isnt working properly , they claim its a little dark in one corner. They are trying to say I sold it to them like this , no they didnt test it when I did pawn it but it was in good working order when i did. My question is can I get in trouble cause of this , by trouble I am meaning arrested. Its just my word against theres i know. But the tv was in good working order when I did pawn it , and it isnt my fault they didnt test it.

  1. just don't use that pawn shop anymore

as I recall most pawn shop transactions are AS IS purchases.

so they can just suck it up and get over it

  2. So, let me get this straight- you sold a tv to a pawn shop and now they are calling you because the tv isn't working properly? What do they want- you to come and buy the tv back from them? If they didn't test it when they bought it from you, then it's their loss, it's been in their possession all of this time. No, you can't get in any trouble over this. I definitely wouldn't go back there though!
