About a game called "Final Fantasy" ?

I was watching an Interview from my favorite band, and they said something about a character named "cloud Strife" from "Final Fantasy".

What is this game about?

and I heard their was a show too, what is it about?

Final fantasy 7 is one of the most argued over games ever, some calling it c**p while many call it the greatest game ever

I personally love the game, with an admittedly confusing story, it is a cool story that is fun to experience.

Cloud is an ex-member of Soldier, a group of soldiers working for the ShinRa coorporation that supplies towns with energy. They do this by literally sucking the life force out of the planet, and Cloud and his friends try to stop it. With a simple "save the world from evil" beginning story, the story turns upside down into a fight against evil and seemingly insane people and clouds search for his identity, which i dont think anyone fully knows who or what cloud is

He is the guy with the Light-ish yellow hair

You can also see him (he is main character) in a movie Called

Final Fantasy Advent Children

He is the good looking guy with the white hair (Just a note: do not mistaken him for the evil character that also has white hair)

But yes, Cloud Strife FFVII is extremely noticeable and popular

Its basically a Role-Playing game where you play as a party of characters through a story and get into lots of battles.

Very deep game, can decide traits through materia etc, you can buy weapons etc etc. Great story.

Cloud Strife is the main character from the very popular video game Final Fantasy VII, for the playstation 1.

There are two movies, which are

"Final Fantasy VII Advent Children" and

"Last Order:"  

And there are video games, including

"Crisis Core (psp),

"Before Crisis" (for mobile phones and is also an on-line role playing game)

Dirge of Cerberus (ps2) (this game is more about one of the Final Fantasy VII characters, but Cloud is in it)
