Hi, here is the story. My grandmother died. And her house is a very nice and was said to be worth 1,200 a month for rent. My aunt moved in. And was to be told to pay 500 dollars a month towards a loan tooken against the house before my grandmother died. But now she is being a ***** and is not paying it. Now is she doesn't pay it in a few weeks the house may go into foreclosure. Is there anyway we can get her to pay it ? Or anyway to kick her out of the house legally ?

Whoever your grandmother's executor of estate is will have to have her removed. If you guys never probated grandma's estate there isn't much you can do except hire an attorney.

Who owns the house now?

If she owns it, or part of it she can not be kicked out of the house, it is hers.

No, she can foreclose on her house if she wants to, you can not force her to pay for it.     If anyone is concerned about her they are able to pay on her behalf.    I just paid my fathers mortgage today, the bank does not care who pays it.
