The quickest way to have a healthy baby, is probably to give birth to one? I think how long it will take to adopt an infant from foster care depends on what state and region you live in! I think it varies quite a bit by where you are located.

I think you should focus more on the right baby and right situation rather than the quickest.  You're not ordering the #3 value meal at the drive thru here.
