    If your tummy says "i'm hungry", you body begins to store fat thinking your starving yourself.

    So yes! yes its bad!

    You need to eat! If you don't you may become malnutrition'ed and that can cause many many problems!  


  2. yes that is terrible for you - it will slow down your metabolism so your body thinks that's all it needs and you won't lose any weight.  seriously, you need to eat when you hungry, and if you don't want to, at least eat like something small like a snack bar or something to speed up your metabolism.
