Ok so I've been told every once in a while that I should consider modeling. So recently I've been wondering what requirements there are for being a model..

Height?

Weight?

Jean Size?

Bra Size?

And anything else that is required..?

  1. slim, tall, small b***s, in jeans im guessing aany sizes from 1 to like 5

  2. First of all, if you are less than 5' 10" tall forget about it as a professional.

The odds of becoming the mayor of your town are far greater.

You can go to modeling school and all that, but just being pretty or having a model-like body isn't good enough.

You can be a model on a much lower scale though.  Lots of businesses hire local models for advertising and TV ads and things like that, but it's a lot of hard hard work getting your name and face in the eye of the people who select the models.

The first thing I would do is find a real model and talk to them.

I did pro photography for several years and saw dozens of very pretty girls who just could not find work.

Keep trying, but make your education your first priority.

  3. 6'

    90 lbs

    00

    30 D

vacant look in eyes, no skills, be a s***k

  4. height- you need to be tall. like 5 foot 7 average.

weight- it depends how tall you are. the weight doesn't matter as much as the size.

    jean size- 0,1,2

bra size- usually this doesnt matter. it depends what you're modeling for. any bra size will be fine.

  5. It all depends on what type of modeling you want to get into. If you're still a child, below the age of 18, I don't think there's any height, weight, or any restrictions yet. You just need a parent or guardian to go with you wherever you go and whatever you may sign. Once you're an adult, that's where all the restrictions come into play. If you want to get into high fashion or runway, you need to be at least 5'7 and pretty skinny, I would say at least 115 lbs. and no tattoos or piercings. I model on the side and since I am pretty short, I stick with parts modeling or commercial modeling where there aren't as many requirements. Of course you gotta have nice flawless skin, straight white teeth, nice nails, etc. If you do get into modeling, be aware of scams and agencies, and talent schools,  that may just want to take your money.

  6. Lots and lots of coke.

  7. Modelmayhem.com, there's a lot of information in the forums.

    Newmodels.com

  8. Agencies like you to be fairly tall, small b***s, size 6-10 (UK), long nails, healthy hair. If you're sending pictures off or have meetings with agencies, make sure you don't wear a lot of makeup - you'll most likely be accepted if you look nice and natural. (Despite popular belief.)

And to the poster above who said you have to be a s***k - that's a pornstar, love.

  9. I don't think they have very many requirements for modeling, unless you are modeling for a particular brand or particular sizes (like slim and plus).

You just have to have a nice face (including teeth, eyes, lips, etc), nice poses, confidence, and look great in almost any outfit that fits.

  10. well height is the most important thing in fashion and of course good looks. but if you get into pagents, i think looks and personality are key.and of course a good weight is essencial. uless your plus size modeling. if i were you i would get some pictures professionaly made a make a portfolio, thats how you get started and send them to an agent. hope this helps

  11. everyone who wants to be a model can be one they have plus size models you know just try out for it ... thats the only way to see if you can do it they 'l judge you on it though

  12. Ha HA your so funny people just tell you that just as a compliment its just a way of saying your pretty so don't keep your hopes up!
