About birth certificate?

Question

i just want to know if my niece born in Taiwan and we got her passport here in the Philippines and her birth place was Silang Cavite...did the US consul find the true birth certificate under the MECO registered that she born in Taiwan? now she have a two berth certificate one born in Taiwan the other one was a late registered in Silang Cavite..anybody could answer me please...thank you...

US Embassy is doing their Documents Verification thru NSO.Whatever is in the records of NSO will surely be forwarded to US Embassy.I just don't know if US Embassy has any other verifications to other agencies aside from NSO where they could find out about your niece's other birth record.
