About breakdancing and gymnastics?

If im goint to start doing stunts in breakdancing and gymnastics, what body part should i train first? What training exercises should i do?

  1. you should train your flexibility.

    make sure you're stretchy everywhere - bendy back, splits, etc. get a spotter to do things with you though, you may hurt yoursellf
