I was thinking about buying protein powder because I'm starting to exercise in my basement. Exercising such as lifting weights briefly, running on the treadmill, push ups, pull ups etc.. and my friend told me about this protein powder you put in your water or something. If I buy it, whats the benefits of it? and I don't take much meat in as I did before because I'm trying to cut down on the fat and build muscle. I'm 15 and 5'5" About 132 lbs. So if I buy the protein supplement, is there a certain one I have buy? Like ones with this amount of mcg etc this amount of measure? oh yeah, is there a certain time i should use it like after or before I exercise, and how much do I put inside a water bottle?
