About car rentals in egypt!?

Um on a vacation @ egypt and wanna rent a car but they ask u to sign a check with the cars price ... could they use that before i return the car ???! i mean ask for the money anyway...

I would absolutely refuse to do that! They are insured. Your own automobile policy may come into play here as well. A deposit is reasonable.. but the cost of the car?! Read that fine print on the contract before you sign anything!

Don't. This is not a good company.

You will sign a cheque with a Bond amount, not the price of the car !! The cheque will be returned to you when you return the car.

Look, I will give a very good company to contact, their service is over the top I was referred to them by a friend and I am happy to refer you too.
