About cars what is the most dangerous thing a driver should not do when driving?

depending if your question is about safety for the driver or others it can vary,, either way, I would say, carry large amounts of explosives and detonate them at high speeds in a congested area.  What kind of answer do you want?  Be more specific or use your own mind, what do you expect to hear?

Anything that takes your attention away from the road and driving whether it is drinking, reading, putting on makeup, talking on a cell phone, tuning the radio, etc. Many accidents happen in just the split second you aren't paying attention.

Drinking and driving is number one.  Speeding is a close second followed by driving while very sleepy or when under the influence of drugs/medications.  Inattention like talking on the cellphone while driving can also be dangerous.

Assume anyone is going to stop or yield for you. Also drinking is up there and talking on the cell phone or using head phones.
