Somehow your question ended up in Home & Garden, Laundry & Cleaning.  I'll bet you'll have better luck if you post this question in the computer category.  There are lots of computer folks out there who really know their stuff and could help you out.  I know it's frustrating when you don't get many answers to your questions.

It depends which browser you're using. On internet explorer go to tools>internet options and it should be there.

In Firefox go to Tools> Delete Private Data.
