About complaining?

i know a per son who is decieving u.k goverment he is on student visa but he is not studing ,he is working 8*7 hours a week which is illegal , should i complain againt him or not

People on student visas are usually allowed to work up to, but no more than 20  hours per week. Check it out before you make any accusations.
