About dental assistants.

Question

I am qualified to work as a dental assistant and have not worked in the field for several years. I've kind of forgotten every thing and I'm looking to jump right back into this field. With the working interview what EXACTLY do I need to know. I'm talking every thing there is for general dentistry.
