About detox pills...?

Question

right, i have been taking 2 pills of detox pills a day for 1 month almost......im wondering if they make you lose weight plus...... is it unhealthy or dangerous in any way if i continue to take them for say everyday for another year fro example?.... is it ok to have them everyday of your life even .... ?
