About filling out self immunization report for university

Question

As I filled out my self immunization report, I got lost in a part where it says

HEPATTIS A

1. Had disease

2. Completed series of 2

3. Series in progress

In here, I just don't know what "Completed series of 2" and "Series in progress" are.

Does anyone know what the h**l they mean?

"Completed series of 2" means you got both vaccinations according to schedule.

"Series in progress" means you got the first shot and are waiting until it's time to get the next.
