About filling the 88(2) form?

I have a small company and I do the annual filling by myself, who know what should I fill in the 88(2) form, what is the number allotted? what is the Nominal vlaue of each share and amount pain or due on each share or where i can get help to fill these forms

  1. Did you mean to ask this in US taxes as it appears to relate to UK companies.

    This form needs to be completed when new shares are issued by a company.  Have you issued shares?

    The number allotted is just the number of new shares issued.

    The nominal value of each share can be found in the Memorandum of Association of the company.

    The amount paid is the cash introduced into the company in consideration for the issue of each share.

    It really is very simple but you do not appear to know exactly what has happened.  Could you addd some more details, please.
