About freelotto...how do i get my winnings

On the 29th of July,between 6:00-6:30pm Nigerian time,I visited the freelotto website.Instantly,I got an E-mail & was congratulated for having won a jackpot...that I was the 999,999th visitor to the site.I filled a red form & clicked to download my winnings...but,to my surprise,i was told "sorry,the server is not in your area"...what do I do?

This mean  the free lotto   is only for the area that promoting it,  so sorry better luck next time,  and it all a con  anyway i wouldn't waste your time on sites, like that
