About general admission in a concert?

Question

I know that gen admission is supposed to be sit anywere right? But in my ticket it says FLOOR GA ROW GA8 SEAT 339

SO...... WTH? IDK, This is for the Great western forum in Inglewood Ca, and i want to make sure wtf it is and are they good seats?

I went to a concert a couple of weeks ago and it was general admission..and they had the seat numbers and stuff on there. I think its just to keep track of stuff.  you dont have to sit in a certain place.  where I was there was a floor where you just stood and there was also a balcony that you could go sit at.
