When trying to conceive, is there any thing that i can get to help me get pregnant ?

start taking prenatal vitamins it will help and go on this site call ask dr. amy and type in the last date of your period and it will tell you the best date that you are ovulating on so you could try having s*x on that date it helped me so it might will help you good luck and god bless

Well usually your more likely to fall pregnant about 14 days after your last period ( that's how they measure your due date when you go to the doctors) So make sure you have lots of loving around that time Good luck.

Me and my wife struggled for a while. We then read on the internet that placing a pillow under the woman's bum helps. We tried it a few times and then my wife fell pregnant.

WHY are you trying to conceive if you've only been with your partner 3 months???
