  1. Seedles grapes have less sugar content than the grape that have seeds.

Usually, cuttings are using for the propagation ( if you use seeds, you should face to genetic diversity. From cuutings to a bunch of grape, takes 3 years. I don't any idea on wine making.

  2. What is a moat grape?

  3. In 1839, William Wolfskill, a former trapper from Kentucky, planted the first vineyard of table grapes in California, near what today is Los Angeles.  Today seedless grapes are used almost exclusively for raisins and table grapes.  Most wines are made from seeded grapes.  From planting a seed to a bottle of wine would take six to ten years, however moat grapes are from grafted plants and not seeds.
