usually within a week or two. It depends on how many the city has to send out and how backed up they are with other things. If its longer than a month then most likely it was not a functioning camera.

I have been waiting for mine for months now.The camera was either a dummy camera,was not functioning,or it takes long time.Don't worry, because it might be for nothing.
